Project Director - London Estate Development, Grosvenor
Alex is a Project Director in the London Estate Development team at Grosvenor where he leads a 10-acre regeneration project in Belgravia.
Grosvenor is a privately owned property group, active in some of the world’s most dynamic cities. Grosvenor has a vested interest in the future shape of the urban landscape and aims to help create and manage attractive and vibrant cities in which people choose to live, work and visit.
Alex brings to the Grosvenor team his expertise and experience in the development, design and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder, mixed-use projects which include the redevelopment of the Millennium Dome into The O2. Prior to Grosvenor Alex worked with Cathedral Group where he led the delivery of mixed-use Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in London. Key projects included the award-winning Clapham One, an £85m PPP consisting of a new state-of-the-art library, medical centre, leisure centre and residential apartments in south west London.
Alex is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and holds degrees from the University of Bath, Oxford Brookes University and Virginia Tech. He started his career working as an architect with RTKL in the UK and USA and also Allies and Morrison.
