MAA

Founded in 1998, MAA is a medium sized architecture, masterplanning and design practice. MAA provide high quality design solutions to meet the aspirations of our clients, with a realistic view of the achievable in both town planning and commercial terms.

MAA’s design solutions are contemporary, sustainable and innovative. They provide quality places for people to live and work, and aim to make a positive contribution to their environment.

MAA provide a lively, sociable and focused working environment. We have an enthusiastic and committed team of 10 technical staff, who work in eco-friendly riverside offices in Teddington and are encouraged by green initiatives. We regularly attend architecturally inspired activities and events.

Matthew was shortlisted for the RIBA Silver medal 1992. Prior to forming MAA, Matthew worked for 4 years with BDP on projects such as Wimbledon new no.1 court and the Hampden Gurney School which was shortlisted for the prestigious Stirling Prize for Architecture. He was also commended and shortlisted in the Urban Splash competition in 1999 for 70 flats in Manchester. He is also a member of Kingston’s Design Review Panel.
