Hadley Mace talked about how they brought forward this exciting mixed-use scheme, which was procured under the initial phase of the Public Land Initiative and will create 645 new homes, as well as healthcare and leisure facilities. We also heard from the Greater London Authority on how they will be using public land to stimulate future development going forward across the Capital.
