Monopoly Network Charity Ball 2015

Monopoly Network Charity Ball 2015

10 September 2015

The second Monopoly Network Charity Ball was bigger and better this year, with nearly 300 people packed in to the Cafe de Paris. Our hosts for the evening were the fabulous Globe Girls, whose routines inspired some guests to tread the boards with them, raising significant extra money for our two chosen recipients along the way.

Nikki Scott of Scotty's Little Soldiers, the charity for the children of the fallen, spoke movingly about what prompted her to set the charity up, and Paralympian swimmer Stephanie Millward told the audience her story, and her dream of Gold at the Rio Olympics.

There was a pre-Rugby World Cup chat with England Internationals George Chuter and Louis Deacon, followed by dancing until 2am. Nearly £30,000 was raised on the night, and thanks must go to Michelle Anthony & Love Entertainment for arranging such a brilliant evening.

Until next year!
