Charlotte joined the Monopoly Network in 2019 as one of the new board. She started at MAA Architects – based in south west London – in 2015. MAA’s work ranges from small scale residential and bespoke developments to mixed use office, commercial, hotel, education and retail schemes.

Over the last four years MAA have diversified their project portfolio, working on a 360-unit PRS scheme - utilising factory-built micro apartments - in Wembley for Dukelease; office fitouts and productivity studies with TS Workplace; a PRS scheme in Twickenham with Access Self Storage; modular affordable housing projects with Richmond Housing Partnership and a range of residential schemes with Berkeley Homes.
