Stephen is a partner in DLA's Construction & Engineering team advising on development and construction projects, both in the UK and internationally. He has experience in a wide range of sectors, including office, hotels, retail, PPP, mixed-use, residential and regeneration.

In addition, Stephen has particular expertise in relation to development finance, having acted for a number of the major financial institutions, and was the sole lawyer on the drafting committee for the RICS' guidance note "Project Monitoring & Development Finance"
